About Selica

Selica Diaz is a Santa Ana native, proud mother of four, and dedicated community leader with over 20 years of service to the city she calls home. A Realtor, Cal State Fullerton graduate, and Parks & Recreation Commissioner appointed by Mayor Amezcua, Selica has spent decades turning advocacy into action — from creating Pacific Electric Park to securing $4 million for a new community center, organizing resource fairs, and volunteering citywide year-round. Her tireless commitment to families, youth, and seniors has earned her the 2025 Neighborhood Hero Award and the trust of her neighbors. Selica isn't just running for office — she's already been doing the work.
